Unique Shipping Rules for Roll Labels:

Seamless Shipping Guidelines:

• For sizes ranging from 0.5″ x 0.5″ to 3″ x 3″ and quantities up to 1000, you will receive 1 roll.
• For sizes ranging from 3.5″ x 3.5″ to 6″ x 6.5″ and quantities up to 500, you will also receive 1 roll.

For Larger Quantities:

• Sizes ranging from 0.5″ x 0.5″ to 3″ x 3″ with quantities of 1000 and above, you will receive 1 roll for every 1000 units. Additionally, an extra roll will be provided for every 500 units.
• Sizes ranging from 3.5″ x 3.5″ to 6″ x 6.5″ with quantities of 500 and above, you will receive 1 roll for every 500 units.

*These shipping rules are applicable to all shapes and materials.

Please Note: Unfortunately, we are unable to print white ink on our Silver Foil BOPP, Clear BOPP, and Clear Removable Labels. Any white areas in the submitted design will be printed transparently.

• Avoid applying roll labels to already frozen materials.

• Wind position refers to how the rolls of labels are produced to ensure the labels dispense correctly off the roll during application.
• Specify the appropriate wind position when machine application is involved, guaranteeing the labels are dispensed in the correct orientation for the container.

Standard Core Size:

• Our labels are wound onto 3″ cores, which is an industry standard and suitable for most applications.
• Core size primarily matters when using automated labeling dispensers. Please verify that a 3″ core is compatible with your specific application before placing an order.

Digital Printing Considerations:

• When creating your file, there is no need to be concerned about press gain or trapping requirements.
• Overprinting, commonly used in traditional printing methods, is not necessary when printing digitally. Avoid creating files with overprinting attributes, as they may alter the appearance of the final product.

Unveiling the Printed Product:

• To reveal the printed design, unroll a few layers of the roll label.
